Lukáš studied at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and simultaneously completed a Master's program in European Studies at the Faculty of Social Studies. He joined the Human Rights League as an intern and currently provides legal advice to foreigners and asylum seekers. He is the coordinator of a project focused on assisting hate crime victims.
Within the "Give Refugees a Chance IV" project, he prepared legal research and background materials for a forthcoming analysis of the application of the right to compensation for unlawful detention of foreigners. He also collaborated on the "Support for Refugees in their Integration into the Labor Market" project, where he was responsible for interviews with employers.
Lukáš previously interned at the Center for Human Rights and Democracy, where he contributed to the creation of a monthly bulletin focused on human rights. He also interned at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic.
